time. System configuration, database and other content changes
at our Recovery Site are continuously synchronized to mirror
your mission-critical production environments. Your Hot DR Site
can be used as a redundant load balancing site of your
production, and at the same time, allows immediate recovery of
system, data, and application functionality in the case of your
production site failure. This service is designed for businesses
that cannot tolerate any downtime in their mission-critical
applications.
Warm DR Solution
With our Warm DR
solution , production configuration and data content changes are
periodically updated in the recovery site. The Warm DR servers
are remained at hot standby mode until the failure of production
triggers the activation of DR site. Although systems are not
continuously mirrored, system and data synchronization occurs
over a secure network, which enables you to promptly restore
critical systems in the event of a disaster in a very short
period time. A quarterly simulation recovery will be conducted
to verify the activation procedure.
Cold DR Solution
For customers using
our Cold DR service , we will allocate enough resources to
ensure immediate configuration and data restore to bring up the
site in our recovery center in case of the production site
failure. The servers will be installed with proper operation
systems with basic standard configuration, and ready to install
customer applications and restore data.
The Cold DR solution will fully test the hardware/OS,
backup/restore device compatibility to ensure a full support of
customers’ applications and seamless data restore process. A
quarterly simulation recovery will be conducted to verify the
recovery procedure.
